  • Abstract
    An eight-channel optical receiver front-end array has been designed and fabricated using InP-based HBT, IC technology. The 2.5 Gb/s circuits include photodetectors constructed from HBT base-collector junctions, transimpedance amplifiers, and differential output stages.
