  • Abstract
In order to simulate mutual effects between crankshaft and base, connecting rod and crankpin, the FEA software is applied to crankshaft´s structural analysis. Based on the crankshaft model and reasonable contact set, the crankshaft is analyzed successfully. Results show that the way can be better applied for the engineering practice as a new thought for the crankshaft´s intensity analysis and the crankshaft designed is safety under operating condition.
