Abstract :
Online measurement is used widely in the measurement of large-size optical lens due to its advantage that it will not introduce the positioning error. But online measurement still introduces some other errors, especially the tilting error, and the influence of the tilting of the workpiece is serious. In order to solve this problem, an anti-tilting technology will be presented in this paper. Because of the small value of tilting, it can´t be adjusted by manual operation. To solve this problem, a method that deal with measurement data by surface fitting and rotation transformation have been applied. Experiments were carried out to verify the feasibility and the validity of this technique.
