Abstract :
Based on equipment parameters of a certain 1450 mm tandem cold rolling, the load distribution mode of proportional rolling force was employed and reduction distribution ratio of every engine frame was defined as ant colony optimization parameters on certain conditions. The optimal load distribution was obtained through loop computation of improved ant colony algorithm. Simulated results show that the improved ant colony algorithm has fast program execution, good astringency, accurate optimal value and can effectively prevent object function value from local minimum. This method can be applied to real manufacture as a new load distribution optimization method of tandem cold mill.
