Abstract :
In recent years, with the vigorous development of electronic commerce, auction on-line become more and more flourish, but, auction on-line only is used to publish auction announcement, and haven´t to realize real auction. In this case, a real auction system is needed to help auctioneer finish auction process. The agent technology also is researched by more and more scholars and experts and is applied to in all fields. So, this paper present interactive multi-attribute reverse auction system based on agent technology and study new Evaluation bidding model by decision-making method of multi-attribute based on EWAA operator and LHA operator when the weight of attribute is real number. Auction intermediary is the center in this system and evaluation bids system is designed based on black box theory. This system not only can improve auction efficiency, but also ensure fair in evaluation bidding process.
