Abstract :
The influence of test effect parameters on the accuracy of immunity parameters testing of VHF and UHF communication receivers is considered. It follows from the analysis that Publication 20 CISPR can be used for establishing appropriate test procedures. But, the introduction of some additional requirements to the test effect will be necessary, namely: the stability of its frequency and the correlation between the frequencies of the wanted input signal and the test effect. In this case, as in Publication 20 CISPR, it is possible to use AM oscillation as the test effect for receivers of FM and PM signals. For receivers of SSB signals modulation of the test effect is not required
