Abstract :
Eindhoven University has collected more than three years of propagation data at 12 and 20 GHz and 2 years at 30 GHz. These data were collected in the framework of the Olympus project at the satellite ground station of Eindhoven University. A unique feature of the satellite was the dual-polarised beacon at 20 GHz. The emphasis is on the quasi-physical propagation parameters derived from the 20 GHz switched polarisation measurements and on the fade slope and duration. Attention is also given to the diurnal and seasonal variations of the attenuation
