Abstract :
The thesis proposes and demonstrates that the general form of the fractal of enterprises is a double-module system which combines standard module and differentiated module; the self-similarity of such double-module structure is an example of institutional convergence, and its dual motivation consists of both factors of economic competition and non-economic social system; its forming mechanism is legitimacy, and its self-organizing process is carried out through the embeddedness of social networks. By constructing and applying such double-module structure according to those principles, enterprises may realize both their economic and social targets more easily.
