Analyzed are properties of a double-loaded loop antenna which can act as a probe for measurements of electromagnetic pulses (EMPs). Using such probes makes it possible to perform independent measurements of the electric and magnetic components of EMPs, as well as to establish the electric field strength to magnetic field strength ratio
