Abstract :
Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a comprehensive evaluation was made to the effects of combined medication of thrombolytic and Chinese medicines on protecting rats from cerebral ischemia injury due to obstructive thrombosis at different time. To make animal models of focal cerebral ischemia with the rats of obstructive thrombosis in their cerebral arteries. After operation, apply thrombolytic therapy with urokinase to those rats at 3 h, 6 h and 9 h respectively. And 24 h after it to measure and score nerve functions, water content in the brain tissues and cerebral infarction size. After 3 h ischemia the weight of urokinase group was the largest(0.3292), 6 hours after ischemia urokinase in combination of rhubarb aglycone group held the largest weight (0.2719), and so on. It is feasible to use AHP and experimental data to determine the weight indexes, then based on the weights to make a comprehensive evaluation of effects of anti-ischemic brain injury exerted by different comprehensive therapeutic plans for selecting optimal treatment at different time.
