Abstract :
Priority valve is one of the key components of hydraulic steering-system and its performance decides the stability of steering-system. Taking the YXL priority valve as an example, Basing on analytical method and SIMULINK, establish the priority valve dynamic mathematical model and simulation model and analyze the laws and the influences of the key parameters such as the steering wheel rotation speed, steering system load quality, flow gain, pressure-flow coefficient and steering cylinders effective area on dynamic response characteristics with the simulation analysis. This part of work lays the solid foundation for optimization design of priority valve.
