Abstract :
Based on virtual prototyping technology, this paper analyzed the dynamic characteristics of high speed slot-puncher output indexing system with the high-frequency input response. The virtual prototype according to the structure of the indexing system is established in ADAMS by using the Gear Dynamics theory. The dynamic characteristics with high-frequency input are obtained by studying the virtual prototype simulation. The study provides a practical approach to improve the indexing precision of high speed slot-puncher in the high-speed condition.
