Abstract
Experiments were conducted to evaluate the Influence of temperatures on grain refinement and mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy processed by ECAP. The results show the grain size decreased as the pressing temperature decreased. The ultra-fine grain size of 0.5μm was fabricated suggested that the two-step ECAP process is useful than one-step ECAP process in grain refinement. The mechanical properties became more and more similar as the pressing temperature decreased.
