Abstract :
The dynamic testes of electro-hydraulic devices, realized in the laboratory of Hydraulics and Pneumatics Research Institute (INOE 2000 - IHP), used the latest data acquisition system which for have been developed dedicated virtual instruments. The dynamic behavior of electro-hydraulic devices is evaluated by the use of two methods: the transient response method and the frequency response method. Usually, the data acquisition system used to these types of tests contains wave signal generator, a current feedback amplifier, and hydraulic cylinder, sensors for monitoring the displacement, pressure, flow and FFT analyzer or oscilloscope. Using virtual instruments these devices are replaced by a computer that has a data acquisition board inside and the applications developed.
