  • Abstract
    The performance of excitation source for the vibration drilling technology is one of the key issues. And the piezoelectric transducer is one of the common excitation sources. Therefore, it is very important to develop high-performance piezoelectric transducers. According to the practical processing need, the working frequency of transducer should be steady, and can change with the changes of the cutting load continuously. The characteristics of the piezoelectric transducer is studied, and the high performance low-frequency piezoelectric transducers, which is applied in micro hole vibration drilling experiments, is designed. It can be seen from the results that the good process effects are achieved.
