Abstract :
The building and simulation analysis of the workflow model is a key technique closely related to the application of business process reengineering. This paper mainly deals with the application of the workflow technique based on Petri Net in the process modeling and simulation. This method, compared with techniques such as the Petri Net alone, makes full use of the Petri Net´s power of describing the organizational acts of the enterprises, as well as the Petri Net´s excellent modeling and simulation capacity. Meanwhile, this technique takes the advantage of the workflow model´s applicability, interactivity and intelligibility, thus greatly improving the reengineering of the workflow in terms of the modeling, simulation, analysis and decision making.
