Abstract :
In order to improve the performance of rubber isolator, a new rubber isolator is studied and analyzed. The mechanics constant is obtained by test, which is the parameter for mooney-revlin function of strain energy density. Two finite element model of rubber isolator are built, and the static characteristics are studied. The finite element model is verified by comparing the results of simulation and test. The plane is simulated for flexible base, and the performance of two rubber isolators is simulated based on vibration level difference. The results show that ameliorated rubber isolator has more excellent performance. The simulation results are significative for design of rubber isolator.
