Abstract
Noise and coherence properties of an octave-spanning white light are of crucial importance in several applications. This presentation shows the suppression of coherence degradation for soliton-induced high-power supercontinuum in metallic waveguides due to the contribution from plasma. Results on the evolution of a temporal shape, spectrum, and the incoherence after a 20-cm propagation in models with and without plasma contribution are also presented.
