Abstract
The results of a one-year measurement of differential amplitude scintillation of simultaneously propagated orthogonally polarised satellite-to-ground Ka-band radiowaves are presented. The analysis is carried out in rain and in clear weather. The effects of rain and clear weather turbulence on the polarisation sensitivity of scintillation are discussed
