Abstract :
The paper gives the method to evaluate the process of green university based on concordance analysis. Green university has presented to build for more than ten years. Its assessment index system has been not unified although it has been constructed from the different points of view. But there are fewer results about the method to assess its process to be built. In this paper, the process goals of building green university is summarized, and a perfect process evaluation index system is constructed from green plan foundation, green education, green campus, green scientific research, and green social services, after the process to build it is analyzed, systematically. For universities, which apply to green university, their advantages and disadvantages are compared by the index values between each pair of university to calculate the greenness by concordance analysis. The greener university is the one with more advantages and fewer disadvantages. It proved that it is available by evaluating the processes of eight universities in Shandong Province.
