Message from organizing committees

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 9th International conference on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology; in short form, ECTI-CON 2012, being held in Hua Hin, Thailand on May 16–18, 2012. This conference is held annually with a selective program covering all aspects electrical and computer engineering, as well as diverse applications in the related fields. The conference is intended to involve various research areas, including Device, circuits and Systems, Computers and Information Technology, Communication systems, Controls, Electrical Power Systems, and Signal Processing.
