            Abstract :
To establish a scientific and comprehensive highway route program assessment index system, this paper uses the indicators such as technology, economy, socio-politics and environment to build hierarchical analysis structure model; and introduce fuzzy AHP (analytic hierarchy process) into the entire evaluation process of highway site program selection; this approach overcomes the defects of traditional AHP in the application process such as subjectivity, one-sidedness and inaccuracy; and through example shows fuzzy AHP is indeed an effective approach conductive to achieve the optimization of highway site selection decision program.
