Abstract
In construction of pile foundation of a certain bridge main piers, in-situ bored piles with diameter 2000mm and length 37m were used. One of the piles was blocked with a second perfusion, and deep defects occurred. Considering above part of defect pile can not meet the design requirements, deep defects detection and treatment should be undertaken. Low strain dynamic test and core drilling method are used to take deep defects detection and treatment and grouting strengthening scheme is put forward. Results show that the method in this paper is feasible and effective and pile body strength and integrity can reach requirements.
