Abstract :
As the technological level of control and monitoring of water supply networks increases, so the requirement for accurate information to facilitate the efficient operation/optimisation of such networks also increases. The availability of accurate short term demand forecasts is one such requirement and this paper deals with a combined mathematical and knowledge based approach to providing such forecasts
