Abstract
A lately developed and designed S-band 2D shipborne radar with full coherence for air and surface targets is introduced. Advanced techniques in modern radar such as the amplification chain transmitter, the chirp compression, the MTD signal processor and the interpulse frequency agility etc. are employed and the full coherence of the radar signal is realized. Seagull radar has high performance, perfect functions, relatively high reliability and maintainability, and therefore meets the needs of large and medium scale surface warships
