Abstract :
With the development of economy, the township enterprise sprung up, environmental problems become increasingly severe. The counterpart to the State provisions of dust emission index increased, the demand of common cyclone separator is higher and higher. Therefore, how to improve the cyclone separator dust removal efficiency, reduce their resistance, is always the focus. But as the current usage look, common cyclone separator´s structure is too old and equipment performance is not ideal. So it´s very important to transform equipment under lack of funds and equipment limited conditions in township enterprises. Transforming two aspects about common cyclone separator aiming at it is deficiencies. Respectively from exhaust pipe structure improvement and exhausted filter material improvement. Experiments showed that the separation efficiency was improved.
