Abstract :
To apply an SCM (single chip computer) to develop a fuzzy controller a kind of new simple fuzzy controller is presented. The output control value from a simple fuzzy control querying table is stored into memory directly, and we take error and change of error as the address. With the help of a sequence pulse, stored data is outputted to the controlled object through address mapping. The circuits of the whole fuzzy controller without CPU is very simple, it has many advantages such as small volume, low cost, rapid response and so on. Developers of the control system don´t develop any program, only connect drive/executive unit, controlled object and sensor/transducer. The fuzzy controller is applied to an industrial process.
