Abstract :
Chess robot is not only a highly technical amusement blended teaching, but also a good research issue to study how to make robot human-like. The main characteristics of super-master-like chess playing robot is its playing strength, and we need to spend more efforts on equipping robot with eyes, brain, arm even talk ability. We should carefully analyze the demands and make rational overall design. The key techniques include robot feeling, operations, malfunction diagnostics and functional integration.
