Abstract
In this paper, we have studied the spatio-temporal dynamics of a coherent electric field propagating in a bulk semiconductor microring resonator in the framework of the effective Maxwell-Bloch equations (EMBEs). We derived the continuous waves solutions (CWs) of EMBEs in the limit of high mirrors reflectivity and we analytically studied their linear stability with respect to spatio-temporal perturbations.
