Abstract :
Abstract: Log periodic array has been designed using inset fed rectangular microstrip patches for one, three and five elements. The antenna elements and feeding networks have been designed through Matlab programs. The simulation, fabrication and testing of the arrays have been carried out. The results are compared showing better frequency independent behavior by the five element array which is also proved by the experimental results.
