Abstract
Carboxyl Methyl Glucomannan and Soy Protein were complexed to prepare biodegradable membrane-forming materials. By solution methods, discussing the factors of mass ratio, pH, crosslinker agent amount, reaction time and temperature, Measuring rheological property of compound sol. The best conditions of preparing compound were determined. The structure of compound was characterized by FT-IR The properties of apparent characteristics, tensile strength, moisture resistance and gas barrier of compound membranes were tested The results indicated that the compound can be widely used as biodegradable membrane-forming materials.
