            Abstract : 
Meshless method based on radial basis function is a new numerical method. In this paper, the basic theory of meshless method is expounded, and the shape function´s structure process of the radial basis function is given, which is used to solve elastic mechanics problems, and the numerical results fit well with its analytic solutions, which indicated that the numeric method has application prospect.
