Abstract
Discrete-Time Systems and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) have been taught for more than five years at the University of Reading. In 1989/90 some practical work in DSP was introduced for second year BEng Honours students in Electronic Engineering. This paper describes a practical audio-band DSP system based on the Texas Instruments TMS320C25 processor, together with an outline of the practical work now being run with the system
