Abstract :
This paper describes a demonstration voice scrambling unit developed by the Centre for Communications Research at Bristol University, in conjunction with British Telecom. The scrambling technique and its practical implementation are outlined. Particular attention is given to the circuit implementation and techniques adopted to minimise power consumption
