            Abstract :
Way in which the Technical Publications Department at Branson Ultrasonics Corporation survived budget and personnel cuts are described. By looking closely at the ways the work was produced, it was possible to devise ways of using the existing technology not only to keep up with schedules, but also to save the company a considerable amount of money. Attention is given to using technology as a time-saver, scheduling the workload with the reduced work force, bringing the workload into the production schedule, and squeezing funds from other budgets
