            Abstract : 
The effects of the tapered profile and the curvature of the mounting structure on tapered slot antennas were experimentally investigated. Results indicate that both effects have significant impacts on the gain, beamwidth, bandwidth and cross-polarised level of the tapered slot antennas. These results are presented and discussed.
