Abstract :
Based on geodynamic zoning, according to topography and landscape features, I ~ V class active faults are divided and certain local geology structure is determined. Then, the geological model of tectonic stress field is built. Incorporated with in-situ stress measurements, the numerical simulation of regional tectonic stress field is done by using self-developed Rock Mass Stress-state Analysis System software. Then, the distribution law of rock stress of the eighth mine coal seam V9-10 roof can be found, and the influence of the tectonic stress field on coal and gas outbursts is analyzed. The results indicate that the distribution of rock stress depends upon the faults and is formed again because of superposition of the action of faults. Tectonic stress field and its uneven distribution provide dynamic conditions for the occurrence of coal and gas outbursts. Therefore, the regional distribution of coal and gas outbursts in the eighth mine is controlled by them from time to space.
