Abstract :
The even increase of intensity of e-commerce competition carrying out the survey of e-commerce customer satisfaction, further analyzing and studying countermeasure of improvement. This paper identifies two key factors of information satisfaction and information system satisfaction and develops research model with the characteristics of e-commerce based on American Customer Satisfaction Index Model. Then following large-scale questionnaire investigation and the empirical study of research model is finished by using SmartPLS2.0 to process data, providing technology and gist for the improvement of customer satisfaction for e-commerce enterprise.
