Abstract :
This article explores the views of Taiwanese supervision staff on job-ready competencies of college graduates. Through a quantitative descriptive study, the researchers examined the mean differences in supervisors´ perceptions of importance of competencies for graduate-interns entering the internship organization and of the graduate-interns actual performance of those competencies. The findings revealed that supervisors´ perceptions differed depending upon organization type.
