The Strategies of Supply Chain Collaboration in the Informatization Environment

Information flow plays a key role in the whole operation of supply chain. Supply chain collaboration must be based on the information transfer and sharing with high quality among node enterprises. Information collaboration can bring many benefits to the partners and improve the whole performance in the supply chain, but there are many factors impact information collaboration, therefore some partners are unwilling to share information. Firstly, this paper indicates the importance and the content of information collaboration in supply chain. Then it analyzes the obstructive factors of information collaboration in supply chain. Finally, this paper puts forward four strategies of information collaboration: constructing information standardization system, applying information technology reasonably, adopting incentive methods, and creating the security system of information collaboration.
