Abstract :
This paper conduct research on Dynamic multi-project human resource allocation methods from the four aspects: Firstly, it established project evaluation system by using hierarchical fuzzy evaluation method based on fuzzy theory, Secondly, it quantified staff capacity and estimated staff task efficiency based on multidimensional model and Fleischmann analysis system, Thirdly, it developed multi-project Human Resource & Time Allocation formula based on knapsack problem principle, Finally, it made Dynamic Multi-project Human Resource Allocation optimization. The simulation example showed that method research for dynamic multi-project human resource allocation made the human resource allocation more rational, and reduced project cost which was a scientific and efficiency method to scheduling human resources.
