Abstract
This paper describes a framework for B2B e-procurement platform based on agents and Web services. The paper proposed software architecture for design and develop for an e-procurement system in the way of service oriented architecture on agent. The paper will explain what this e-procurement system concerns, how it is developed, and what services it provides.
