The research of natural environment capacity under Henan industrialization and urbanization

A city is the carrier of intensive allocation of resources. In this paper, which the environmental capacity concept, composition, structure and the impact factor of urban environment are analyzed. In the industrialization and urbanization process of Henan Province, the content of the urbanization and industrialization is analyzed. From Henan industrialization and urbanization, the problems such as the energy saving and reducing consumption of departure are proposed. The carrying capacity of the city , the problems of environmental capacity are discussed, and a series of solutions are proposed.
