Abstract :
Investment control of large-scale projects in karst area has its own particularity and uncertainty. Based on Earned Value theory, this paper explored investment control in construction stage of large-scale project in karst area and then took a true case to show the use of Earned Value. The results showed that it would be helpful to make effective measures to manage project funds.
