Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Our country roadside transportation accident rate is very high, the reason is the inadequate roadside clear zone distance. In order to improve our country´s roadside traffic condition, considering the existing road standard´s foundation, the domestic and foreign roadside width researches, using the analysis and contrast the method, in view of our country roadside´s actual situation, we get the roadside clear zone distance which suits to our country path development.
