New approach of the information training in a faculty of teacher training

It is necessary to give undergraduate an enough knowledge and leadership of information education that are to guide the student in primary and the secondary education in the future, as feature of information education in faculty of teacher-training. In the training of information education on industrial-technology department of faculty of education at Kumamoto University, our group tried new approach for teacher training of technical arts and homemaking of junior high school. We constructed contents of training that included the government guidelines for teaching of technical arts and home economics of the junior high school in the \´\´Information and Computer I" and "Information and Computer Practice I". About the result of training evaluated using the questionnaire after training. This paper reports an outline and evaluation of new approach.
