Abstract :
The microinnovation management can be summarized into three perspectives, 1, the sources of innovation and the principal of innovation, 2, the process of innovation, 3, innovation value-added. Addressing on different answers of the three questions above, the concept of three stages evolution emerged by deeper research and practices in innovation management. The three stages are been through "event view", "process view", to "capability view". This paper conducted theoretical study and real world practices regarding the three views, and concluded outcome that "capability view" is inevitable trend of innovation management.
