  • Abstract
The precision of the weigh-in-motion is a very important factor for WIM system in the practice of WIM technology. To improve the precision of WIM, The mathematic model for dynamic weighing technique is established in this paper, followed by WIM practice emphasized in investigating some key factors such as vehicle runs, vehicle speed and temperature to three types of WIM sensors to validate the influence of different behavior to WIM test. Some advices about how to improve the precision are also given. A way to calibrate the mathematic model for WIM system is given in the end of the paper.
