Abstract :
As international competition increases and specialization develops, ordinary logistic enterprise is no longer easy to undertake complicated logistic task. They are eager to And partners to operator business together. Selection of appropriate logistic partners is comprehensive problem which can impact the efficiency of logistic alliance. This paper presents a two stage framework to deal with this tough issue. Negotiation mechanism is used in the first stage to reach a deal. In the second stage, a new heuristic algorithm is presented to help logistic leader to get optimized set of partners aiming to best cost and an acceptable time limit. Simulation experiment showed that the framework worked well and the algorithm was efficient.
