Abstract :
Because of the complex in calculating with coefficient Φ in P-III frequency curve and the difficultin planning with normal probability paper in existing frequency computation, so excel cannot be applied directly to the frequency computation. Plan the normal probability paper in existing frequency computation using the the formidable graph function of Excel software, calculate the coefficient Φ in P-III frequency curve using of Excel software built-in functions. Practice shows that this method is accurate, Application easy, is artistic for charting, and has better practical values.
